This is where we put pen to paper. Our initial pricing is outlined and all expectations are laid out for coming months while we build your new home.

Plans & Specifications
This phase is where "the fun happens". We will begin with a complimentary consultation with our draftswoman to ensure your new home sits correctly on the lot and the rooms, walls, lights, and layout of the home are tailored to your needs. We will have an additional meeting to choose the specific exterior & interior selections on your home right here in our Design Center at Jerry's Homes. Once everything is agreed upon and signed off on, building can begin!

Building
The building phase is where we do just that- build your new home. Sit back, relax, and watch the dirt move as we build your home from the ground up. All our homes are built up to the most current building codes with all proper inspections and permits from start to finish.

Walk-Throughs
During the building process, you will have a couple opportunities to view the progress of your new home on-site. We will confirm electrical placement and selections during frame stage and prior to drywall stage. Once drywall stage is complete, we will plan your scheduled close date. One week prior to closing, you will walk the near completed home with our Superintendents to makes sure everything is completed to your standards. You will go over warranty information and any neighborhood info you may need. Your final walkthrough will be the morning of closing, the last time you see the home before it's officially yours!

Closing
There are a lot of exciting things that happen during the Closing phase. You will go through your new home orientation, sign papers and most importantly, receive the keys to your brand new home!
