Qualifications:
- Associate (Preferred)
- Revit: 1 year (Preferred)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
Requirements:
- Experience with Auto-CAD/Rev-It Software
- Ability to read, edit, and interpret residential architectural drawings
- Understand the basics of Microsoft Software suite
- Knowledge of current homebuilding architecture trends in the market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Task driven with a high attention to detail and organization
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Modify floorplans as required for spec & custom homes.
- Attend Sales Meetings with custom home buyers to review and edit floorplans along with structural changes as required.
- Partner with vendors to complete designs, layouts, and doc.
- Work closely with the Field Operations Team to ensure timely and accurate information is provided for new home starts

Pay: From $45,000 per year
