About Kettlestone Ridge - A Single Family Community

When the glaciers descended onto this area thousands of years ago, they carved out some of the most fertile and beautiful land in the country. As they retreated 13-15 thousand years ago, they left behind what are today referred to as a Kettle, creating a dotted beautiful landscape of naturally occurring ponds and prairie in the heart of Waukee, Iowa. This is soon to become one of the most premier neighborhoods in the Des Moines area. Kettlestone Ridge will offer premiere shopping, dining and trails systems for old and young to enjoy!
